Pandora's Music Box

I'm a HUGE fan of Pandora Radio but every time I log into my account there's a new station!!

If you are the mysterious music radio adder on my Pandora, QUIT IT.

It's bugging me. I'm not sure if it's someone at home or someone in the BYU/SA office but it frustrates me that i can't ask them to stop because I don't know who it is! Plus, i really want to know who added this super sick station haha, its amazing! It's called Sondre Lerche & Regina Spektor Radio and was added on February 18th. It's cool music and I enjoy the station, I just want know who it is that keeps adding music to a station that's not theirs...

my internet is down at home which means that i am stuck studying at the library until i have enough time to renew my internet safety thing = ill be here forever!!

its nice though because at home i get distracted way too easily and ive finally found a nice place at the library i can actually study! its quiet here on the 5th floor in one of the side rooms. i was wandering around, something i do often and always have done, and found the coolest old book!! i have no idea when it was published, indicating its oldness, but its titled The Boy's Guid to Sports, Illustrated. its small, about the size of my palm with the thickness of the Bible and just made my day. there was a game in there called dragon-apple (something like that) where you pour spirits/wine on a bunch of raisins then lite them on fire! whoever can grab the most out of the fire and eat them wins! it said the main point of the game isn't to win, but to have fun watching everyone through the blue flames of the raisins. brilliant right?!?!obviously the book is wayyy old, no one would publish a game book about lighting stuff on fire and then eating it. too bad the world isnt as old fashioned as it once was.

well, i have an American Heritage 1 page paper and 6 page homework assignment plus 1 page paper due in Economics tomorrow. estimated time completion is 6 hours!! ill be back later tonight to finish them haha

well, here i am at the library again. not studying. i have a HUGE econ test tomorrow. im nervous. but it will pass and life will go on so im kind of ignoring the nerves. my friend is on a mission to finland right now and i just found out they dont have peanut butter there!! horrible, i know. anywho i just thought id get on real quick and say that i had a very good valentines day with 3 of my girlfriends. we went to idaho for the weekend! haha it sounds kind of boring, but it really wasnt. it was a good break from being in provo. we went to a high school basketball game, sledding, movie watching, sleeping (not too much of this but still), and really we just got to spend time together and have fun. it was great and now im back at school trying to figure out what i want to do with my life and what major to focus on and such. ooh to be in college. its an adventure every day and im just trying to keep up.

procrastination

lets have a quick thought about finals.

im sitting at a computer on the 4th floor of the library at school with book open in front of me and suddenly had the urge to post a blog after 2 months. =D oooh procrastination

im flying home to AZ next week! i get to see my family and my friends and DIRT! its snowing here. its strange. but its not too horrible. i dont know why anyone would have ever wrote that "im dreaming of a white christmas" song though - yuck. to be fair to the snow; however, im only bitter becuase i dont have snow boots yet and my toes get super cold and every time i get in the car to go somewhere i have to get back out to scrap the ice off my windows...

ill post pictures of all the fun stuff ive been up to but as of today my best activity of the week definitely happened yesterday. we went on this big group date to SLC where 1) we explored the Joseph Smith Memorial Building 2) watched the Joseph Smith movie - i had a few tears. its a beautiful film 3) i met Natalie Cole and had her sign a dollar bill - it was the only piece of paper i had haha 4) i got to spend the night with a wonderful group of people who enjoyed looking at the SLC temple as long as i did. =] we had a fantastic time

actually, i lied becuase my other favorite part of this week --- wow, now that i think about it this entire week has been good! busy but good --- i applied to be a performing missionary in Nauvoo, Illinois and out of 200 applicants they asked me to come in for the call back!! my audition is on Sat Jan 2. very excited

ok now back to reviewing for my sociology final on monday.

oh, haha i do.

however, if its up to my very sleepy eyes i will be snoozing very shortly.

i have about 20 mintues before my clothes are done in the washer so in the mean time i decided now would be a good timeto blog about life and paint my nails.

yesterday i realized that at some point during my growing up years (maybe that growing up point happened yesterday and i just didnt notice) that candy corn stopped being as wonderful as i believed it to be. my friends and i had a very dressing discussion about this phenomina and helped to explain how this could happen, sort of, anyway, we talked about how we see it in the store around this time of year and it looks just so darn good because we have all these fond memories from our childhood about eating buckets and buckets of candy corn... sadly, ive grown up so much that now i cant even eat a handful of them with out feeling sick. even more sadly i didnt recognize that sick feeling till after 5 handfuls. barrffffffff. i didnt throw up. felt like it. but didnt.

maybe ill be a candy corn for halloween this year... idk what im going to be!!?!?!?!?!! maybe a clown and ill go out and buy a tu-tu and wig andcrazy tights and really ugly sequined vest... mm, this sounds way cute! ok clown it is. now i just need to scrounge for dinero. or just swing by someones house and borrow a costume. that sounds more efficient.

well, my nails are lookin not their best on account of my polish is old and in that drying/glooping up stage of its life, so ill probably swing by sallys beauty to buy some new opi for $4 (yesssss!!! they sell the old ones from past collections so theyre not as expensive). chelsea and i are going shopping today anyway so it should work out.

what else am i doing today?? oh yeah, going to my friend's MMA fight this afternoon and then were doing this guy/girl building get together a capella chill night thing. im singing ive got the world on a string and it should be wayy fun.
